Rhodes State College Borra Center for Health Sciences
The vision for the Rhodes State College Borra Center for Health Sciences in downtown Lima is becoming a reality. With the scheduled completion date of summer 2021, the 50,000 square foot Center will house five programs: nursing, respiratory care, EMS, physical therapist assistant and occupational therapy assistant.

The facility will house state-of-the-art equipment including:
- 3D virtual simulation
- Nine-panel collaborative video wall
- Four-room clinical simulation lab equipped with four debriefing rooms
- Open ambulance simulator
- Home-care lab for physical and occupational therapy
- 12-bed nursing lab
- Four-bed respiratory care lab
- Six additional classrooms
The design of the building adds 8,000 square feet of additional spaces for the programs and allows for interdisciplinary experiences for students and incumbent health care professionals.
